Our goal as an Early Childhood Education Training company is to offer you quality training that will make such a positive impact, that you will want to take back what you learn and incorporate it into your daily lessons! We strive to promote hands-on learning, through play,  as a major learning tool for children.

Our Business

TWP was formed in March 2007 and our clients continue to grow!   We thank all of the Directors and Teachers who continue to support us!  It is because of your support and enthusiasm for TWP that we continue on!

Rachell Boudreaux Vicknair, Founder of TWP

Rachell graduated from Delgado Community College with an Associate in Early Childhood Education in 1996. From there, she worked at Loyola University Whelan Children’s Center as the two year old teacher for 7 years. She graduated with her Bachelor in Sociology in 2001 from Loyola University New Orleans. She then became the Assistant Director for Gretna United Methodist Preschool.

She now thrives as an Early Childhood Trainer certified with Louisiana Pathways. In February 2008, Rachell got approval from the Department of Health to hold trainings in the state of mississippi!

She is currently pursuing her Masters.  She  also has a Four year old son, Daniel,  and has been married for Five years to Harold Vicknair, Jr.
